Early reports of disputed accuracy, indicate human contact with a previously unseen alien race. The ‘eyewitnesses’ described large humanoid forms with seemingly no noticeable features. Their skin, which is visible in its entirety due to their apparent lack of clothing or armour, appears gelatinous or ‘meaty’. Each carries only one weapon, a large spike which extends from one of their arms. Reports describe the spike being used as a melee weapon, capable of being punched through the side of armoured vehicles, but also as a ranged weapon. The spike glows brightly and then discharges a powerful beam of energy which has apparently been used to devastating effect. The only current picture of the creatures is seen below, its validity is also disputed.
The name ‘Selenoids’ seems to have attached itself to this urban legend.
