Synth brains are key to intelligence gathering. The data is often encrypted, but with the right tools some memories can be reconstructed. There have even been attempts at extracting memories from human casualties with limited success.
The body of a Synth Pirate Captain was reportedly seen amidst some ruins near the border of the Rin Empire and Babbacumbe. Since Pirates fight as mercenaries for either side, sometimes switching sides for the right price it was unclear as to how important for either side the Synth’s brain would be.
The Rin Empire sent out a scouting party of Guards with a small squad of Rangers for support. The JDA responded with Tigers and some Rangers of their own. Jendari Rangers have been a mainstay of Jendari special forces for decades, however most came from and were trained by the Rin Empire. Now with the Rin Rebellion in full swing, Rangers for the JDA must be pulled from elsewhere.
