My previously mentioned 6mm Irregular Fantasy figures arrived yesterday and were quickly painted up. I find a 28mm figure when painted properly can generally be completed in an evening, for 15mm figures you can do a squad in a similar time, and for 6mm armies you can manage a small army.
I’ve also been considering rules, and I think something akin to a ‘warhammer lite’ system shouldn’t be too hard to invent. My struggle though is having to keep track of damage on units, if you can think of a system where you don’t need to (I don’t like cluttering up the table with counters or doing paperwork) that would be very helpful.
Above you can see the Ratmen and Orc lines clashing.
Irregular’s 6mm figures are definitely worth the money, and I certainly have a soft spot for their UFOlike Orc Battlewagon.
